Caprese Salad

I love caprese salad and it's never better than when it's made with tomatoes from one's own garden as was the case here.  We had both traditional and heirloom tomatoes and I added fresh mozzarella cheese, fresh basil, s sprinkle of olive oil and salt and then a touch of balsamic vinegar.  Add a few crackers and it's a full and perfect meal.  Love it!
