There's Dots Before My Eyes

For this card I added washi tape directly to the card front.  I cut a piece of white and added a couple strips of tape to that along with some text from Hero Arts.  The flowers are all punched and I added black Glossy Accents for flower centers - and then some just to add a bit more interest.
