Dotted Die Cut

I thought this dotted circle die cut was unusual and a good possibility for some fun designs.  I backed it with contrasting cardstock and added a punched border in the same color.  The snowflakes are die cut or punched and I added a glitzy sticker to the center of the snowflakes.
