It's hard to find good dark rye bread so I occasionally make it. This time I halved the recipe which was still enough for two loaves. My all-time favorite recipe is from an old Fleischmann's bread book. It's a paperback and the cover is torn and folded but within those pages are some of the best bread recipes ever. I see a reuben sandwich in my immediate future. Yum, yum!
