Gotta Love Potatoes

I'd be the first to admit that this photo is a little strange and not a very good one but it shows what I intended--the smoke ring at the top.  This plume comes from the OreIda plant in Ontario OR.  I don't know why it forms or if it was designed intentionally but I look for it each time we pass by.  A puff of cloud comes out, it slowly drifts upwards and then forms a circle.  Pretty cute, especially for something "industrial."
