Framed

Lily Pad had a challenge to make a frame and turn it into a card and I gave it a try.  I used my electronic cutter to cut the Stampin' Up designer paper and then used the same cut in a smaller size to cut the purple.  I used foam tape to pop it up.  I used a Hot Off The Press border stamp to fill the "window".  The flourishes are a die cut, the butterfly is a Stampin Up die cut/embossing folder and the flowers are Prima.  I added a purple bow and a few rhinestones.
